Enercore Technical Services (ETS) delivers comprehensive support across preconstruction, estimation, engineering, change management, operations, and digital construction (VDC) empowering our teams and partners with the expertise and precision needed for successful project execution.
The Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) is a blended leadership team that includes project controls, commercial, engineering and construction management ensuring the project runs as one cohesive programme. IPMTs provide senior-level decision support, resource levelling across packages, and integrated risk management to keep projects on track and aligned with owner priorities.
